Really impressed with the quality and freshness of the fish everything tasted clean and well-sourced. The crabs especially were excellent, super fresh and full of flavor. Definitely ordering again!

I had a very disappointing delivery experience. The fish arrived extremely soggy, smelling, with liquid leaking from the packets, and it was not frozen or cold at all. There was no ice pack used, which is basic and expected when delivering seafood, especially considering the price charged. Also I’ve ordered fresh fish from other places through delivery, none of them were delivered like this. The small fish were very soft and soggy, sticking to each other, and some were mashed and broken. This clearly indicates improper temperature control during delivery. I’ve purchased fish directly from the store before, and it was always fresh and well-handled, so this delivery quality was surprising. When I contacted them, I was told “it’s like that only,” which was not reassuring. Based on this experience, I won’t be opting for delivery again when they’re not maintaining proper temperatures.
